1. Scope of Products and Services

• Digital Publications: Technical field manuals, diagnostic workflows, and guides published digitally by FaultMind and under the imprint Jordan Mady.
• Diagnostic & Engineering Audits: Independent technical evaluations, system assessments, and support services.

2. Delivery Policy

• Digital Goods: Digital downloads and manuals are delivered automatically via email or direct download link immediately upon payment authorization.
• Consulting & Audits: Services and audit timelines are initiated based on mutual written agreement following initial inquiry submission or deposit confirmation.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Digital Downloads: Due to the immediate delivery and nature of digital media, digital products are generally non-refundable once downloaded, unless required by applicable consumer protection laws. If you encounter a corrupted file or technical delivery failure, please contact support for immediate remediation.
• Consulting Services: Service deposits and audit fees cover dedicated engineering analysis time. Cancellation terms for formal retainers or audits are outlined in individual service agreements prior to work commencement.

4. Engineering & Safety Disclaimer

Technical manuals, diagnostic sequences, and frameworks provided are intended for qualified industrial electrical and automation personnel. All machinery troubleshooting must be conducted in strict compliance with plant safety guidelines, local electrical codes, and OSHA/NFPA lockout-tagout (LOTO) protocols. FaultMind assumes no liability for operational downtime, hardware damage, or safety incidents resulting from the application or misapplication of published procedures.

All content, technical diagrams, manual excerpts, and software architectures hosted on faultmind.com are the proprietary intellectual property of FaultMind and its author(s). Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.
